If you are planning to ship your exhibitry to the Advance Warehouse, your shipment must be delivered to the warehouse between October 31st and November 21st, 2017. For more information, refer to the Advance Warehouse shipping order forms or contact Mario Mendes of GES at or by phone at 905-283-0553.

IIDEXCanada, PM Expo, Construct Canada, HomeBuilder & Renovator Expo and World of Concrete Pavilion will all be using the same Marshalling Yard and as such it is imperative that your delivery personnel know which Show and Building they are delivering to.

To avoid delays and increased costs, please provide the following detailed delivery instructions to your delivery personnel: driver must report to the Marshalling Yard, located at 100 / 110 Cherry Street, before proceeding to the MTCC South Building loading docks. Upon arrival at the Marshalling Yard, instruct your driver to register with the Marshalling Yard office (trailer) by entering the red door. This entry is specifically for deliveries to the South Building docks. Your driver will then be queued up in line and sent to the docks as space becomes available.

It is imperative your delivery person follows these instructions in order to access the correct set of loading docks.

Arrive at your scheduled move in date & time to access the loading docks at the back of the exhibit hall to move your exhibitry onto the Show floor.  If you need assistance to move your exhibitry from the loading docks to your booth space, book Material Handling Services with GES, or you can use the 4 wheel dollies we will have available on the show floor.

You may stay on the Show floor to set up your display for the remainder of the move-in time for that day (Monday and/or Tuesday until 10:00 p.m.) and return the following day at the earliest scheduled time to finish (Tuesday at 8:00 a.m. and/or Wednesday at 7:00 a.m.).

Loading docks do not have to be used if you are able to safely bring your exhibitry onto the show floor through the front of the hall. Simply park in the South Building underground parking lot and access the Show floor via the escalators and elevators.

You may NOT move-in earlier than your scheduled time however, if you DO NOT require loading dock access you may move-in later than your scheduled time. To change your time please email Tori Wines, Operations Coordinator at confirming that you will not be moving in through the loading docks and detailing when you would like to move-in prior to November 17, 2017. Please also send a description of type of vehicle to be used for move in, as well as the booth items you will be moving in.  You must receive an email confirmation that the change has been made.
